Helping Men Over 40 Stay Strong for Life

After 40, most workouts break you down as you age. At Wheeless Fitness, we build strength that protects your joints — so you can stay active for life. My goal is simple: help you live a long, healthy, productive life, able to do anything and everything well into your 70s, 80s and beyond.

I've spent 10+ years working with men in San Diego's North County who refuse to let age define them — golfers, tennis players, skiers and outdoor enthusiasts who want to keep doing what they love, just better.

As a CSCS and Precision Nutrition-certified coach, I take a holistic approach — combining strength training, nutrition coaching and recovery to build sustainable strength, protect your joints and put athleticism back into the activities that matter to you. That same approach has earned the trust of demanding clients: I've trained special operations soldiers preparing for the most physically punishing jobs on earth, alongside executives, retirees and weekend athletes.
